Tarandeep Bawa is the President & CEO of ITegrity, Inc. He provides direction and leadership towards the achievement of ITegrity’s company culture, mission, vision, strategy, and long-term goals and objectives. Tarandeep is a seasoned management executive in the Federal and Commercial sectors with over 20 years of success in consulting, program/project management, quality improvement, and business development. Tarandeep has worked in management and operational capacities with SAIC, Motorola, and other small businesses supporting the public sector.

He possesses a Bachelors of Science from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from The Johns Hopkins University. He also possesses PMP, ITIL, ISO20000, MCSE, CCNA, and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.  Tarandeep is a graduate of the nation’s first 8(a) Accelerator Program from the Small Business Administration and the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program.

Carmen Jenkins is the Vice President of Growth and Technology. She is responsible for facilitating ITegrity’s business growth and leading technology strategy.  Carmen brings deep experience in both technology strategy and growth operations to ITegrity.  Her specialties include executive leadership, strategy, business development,  AI data readiness, data architecture, systems engineering, quality management, and driving customer success.

Carmen has held leadership positions at both large and small technology firms including Palantir, GDIT, GE (now OpenText), and IBSS throughout her three decades of experience prior to joining ITegrity. She is a certified Structured Professional Facilitator, Six Sigma BlackBelt and has eighteen years as a certified PMP. She holds an M.S. degree in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bucknell University.

Harinder Bawa is the Vice President of Strategic Development.  He is responsible for leading the identification, development, and execution of strategic growth.  He manages key client and partner relationships, drives initiatives that align with ITegrity’s long-term objectives, and ensures cross-functional collaboration within the company.  His 25+ years of experience demonstrates a track record of success in growing and expanding new/existing business and he brings proven experience leading a growth organization with a positive winning culture.  Harinder has held various senior leadership roles with small and large businesses aligned to the public sector.

Harinder possesses a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and actively serves in various non-profit organizations.

Michelle Rossi is the Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure and Operations. She manages ITegrity’s most valuable asset, our employees. Michelle also oversees client relationships and the day-to-day operations of all federal contracts. She possesses more than 20 years of experience with Program and Project Management, HR, and Quality Management. She has managed several large nationwide and international IDIQ’s. Michelle has held management and operational roles at RSIS and Think Tank, Inc prior to joining ITegrity.

Michelle holds a MS Degree in Management and a PMP Certification.

Mary Beth Jones is the Vice President of Finance and Administration.  She provides ongoing financial executive leadership with business development strategies and financial models, strategic revenue stream development, and strategic partnership identification; she also oversees the contracts department.  Mary Beth is a senior accounting and financial management professional with more than 30 years of progressive experience in finance and operations within start-ups and multi-million dollar organizations in both public and private industry.  She has demonstrated ability to consistently drive bottom-line performance, efficiency and process improvements.

Mary Beth possesses a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
