Our infrastructure model integrates design strategy with quality and compliance. Our strategy is empowered based on our prior experiences with federal clients which allows our technical teams to work collaboratively to eliminate risk associated with the infrastructure. Our Team works closely with government agencies in identifying the goals and objectives for managing the infrastructure. We provide standardized and consolidated service management SOPs including change request management to bring efficiency and consistency in service — ensuring changes requests made are categorized and prioritized appropriately and have the detailed requirements and information needed to make informed decisions. We perform on-going monitoring of the network, security, servers, other hosts, and links to external entities on a 24x7x365 basis using staff and automated tools. We employ the use of automated network management tools, with configuration and change management processes applied across all network devices.
